1. Cancellation Policy

| 12–24 hours before | 50% refund |
| Less than 12 hours / No-show | No refund |
| Therapist cancels | 100% refund + ₹50 credit |
2. How to Cancel

Dashboard → Appointments and click "Cancel"

support@mannasukh.in with Booking ID
3. Refund processed in
5–7 business days via Razorpay
3. Workshops
Cancel 48+ hrs before: Full refund · Within 48 hrs: 50% or free recording access · Recorded: No refund once accessed
4. Refund Processing
UPI: 1–3 days · Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 days · Net Banking: 5–7 days
All via Razorpay to original payment method.
